Terms of Sale

Kitframe is sold by Kordyn Labs, an independent software studio run by a sole proprietor based in Vietnam (“we”, “us”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle website). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, handles billing questions, and issues refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms (Paddle website) apply to the payment itself.

A license to use the Kitframe source code, a Next.js admin dashboard starter kit, delivered as a digital download. There are no physical goods and no hosted service. The live demo on this site is for evaluation only, and the data in it resets.

What you may and may not do with the code depends on your tier and is set out on the License page. The LICENSE.md file inside the package is the binding text.

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, as shown on the pricing section. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies to you at checkout.

After your payment completes, you receive a download link for the package by email. If it does not arrive, contact support and we will send it again.

Your purchase includes every release published within 12 months of the purchase date, and email support for the same period on running, theming, and extending the kit as documented. Support does not include building your application for you.

The kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version published on the date of that purchase.
