Refund Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
If the kit does not work as documented and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
When you can get a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, if the kit does not run as described in its getting-started guide and we cannot fix that for you within a reasonable time, we refund your purchase in full.
When refunds are not offered
Kitframe is source code that you keep once downloaded and that cannot be returned. Outside the case above, for example if you change your mind or no longer need the kit, we do not offer refunds ourselves. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, or under Paddle's policies described below.
Paddle's policies also apply
Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, Paddle's Buyer Terms (Paddle website) and Paddle's Refund Policy (Paddle website) also apply to your order. Under those, Paddle may issue a refund at its own discretion for requests made within 14 days of purchase.
You can also contact Paddle about your order directly at paddle.net (Paddle website).
How to request a refund
Email support@kordynlabs.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the order number from your Paddle receipt and a short description of what does not work.
We first try to get the kit running for you. If we cannot, we approve the refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Related terms
The refund clause is also part of the License and the Terms of Sale.
